Our Made-to-Order Process

Every order at RSH Studio follows a clear, controlled workflow to ensure quality and consistency:

1. File Submission


Customers upload their embroidery or print file at checkout or send it via the provided upload method.
Each file is reviewed to confirm it meets our technical requirements.

2. File Verification & Preparation

Our team checks the file for:


  • Correct format

  • Stitch or print compatibility

  • Size, resolution, and positioning feasibility

If minor adjustments are required for production, we optimize the file without altering the original design intent.

3. Garment Production


Once approved, the design is produced on the selected garment using professional embroidery or printing equipment.
Each piece is created one at a time, exclusively for the customer’s order.

4. Quality Inspection

Before shipping, every item is inspected for:


  • Design accuracy

  • Placement alignment

  • Stitch or print integrity

  • Overall garment finish

5. Packaging & Shipping


The finished product is securely packaged and shipped to the customer using tracked delivery services.
